Every year, without fail, I get multiple users telling me My licence is going to expire in XX Days Can this not be removed from normal users? or disabled permanently? The real kicker is, unless your within 30 days

This has now be included in Sage 200c (released spring 2018).
This is a fair point! Though it has already been raised under the title: "Change licence warning period for Sage 200" where it has gathered a good level of support.
