We are a 4 school multi-academy trust with 7 people all processing transactions. We are finding that transactions are frequently being posted to the wrong account on the cash book screen. The schools are only meant to process transactions to their credit card and petty cash accounts, however they frequently post transactions to the Trust bank account. These mistakes are then taking about 2 hours per month to correct. This might not sound a lot but soon builds up. We would like to be able to restrict the accounts that certain individuals can view and access.
