Remove the Delay on Disconnected Logins

Our customers would like you to remove the delay on Disconnected Logins. At the moment there is at least a 10 minute delay and in some instances they do not appear until the user who has caused the disconnection logs off. However, even when they are not showing you cannot run processes such as Balance Ledgers.
