While concurrent user licences are fantastic, they can create frustration at busy periods like month end, when key processing users can't access Sage because all licences are in use. Would be nice if there was an option to allocate some of the licences permanently to specific users in an organisation

Just ran into a problem with DX using a non-remote licence - if the option existed, we would definitely assign that user a permanent licence slot
The site can buy an extra licence, but that just makes the problem less likely, it does resolve the problem in the same way that having this option would allow
