When processing certain parts of sage, such as month end ledger closures, it will not allow you to complete it due to people accessing certain modules. If they have crashed in Sage 200 after a certain amount of time you can log off that user in the User Login Status Summary within the Disconnected Logins, however if you need to complete this process and they haven&t had long enough to fully time out you have no option but to wait till the next working day. On the User Login Status Summary then Users tab it does have a Log off button, however this is greyed out and unable to be used - so when I am trying to complete month end procedures on an evening, and someone is in Sage 200, or even crashed in it, I have to wait until they have timed out (generally the morning) to then complete the process. Doing these processes is difficult during the day, as we would have over 10 users not able to access Sage, to which isn&t ideal, so this needs to be completed on an evening, however most people have desktops so it is impossible to get them to log off after they have gone home.
