We are using Sage 200 Standard Online and have a problem where by disconnected users can stop processing due to program locks etc. This can be resolved by disconnecting them - however this option is only available to Administrators. We therefore have to give Admin access to more users than would be ideal, as this problem happens almost daily and as Admin I am not always available. I would suggest that this is a separate and distinct permission so that it can be given to more Users (i.e. Supervisors etc.)
