Set TB Access To Specific Users To Stop Coding To Different Departments / Codes Merged

On other systems I have used, as well as the ability to give users access to certain databases and functions, as we can do with Sage, you can also lock down the Trial Balance to stop people miscoding to incorrect areas. A specific problem for me is that journals get coded to the Payroll codes by a member of staff who has been repeatedly asked not to. if I could restrict the codes she can raise journals too, my life would be much simpler. It would also help with people picking the right code and budget for raising purchase requisitions, as they would only be able to see the specific nominal ledger codes they have been delegated responsibility for.
