Please can you add Amend Transaction Details as an extra option to the User Access list so it can be selected for non-administrator users. It only allows the user to amend the narrative or analysis code, it doesn't affect the integrity of the transaction so I don't see why it should just be an administrator feature. Would be helpful for my staff to be able to amend these details because its our only work around whilst your API does not allow analysis codes to be entered at the creation of the transaction in Paperless.
From within Organisational & Financial, User access select either Customers or Suppliers and Basic. There is a option for Amend Customer Transaction Details or Amend Supplier Transaction Details. Giving the user access to this will allow them to amend the Ref, 2nd ref or due date but not the analysis code. Would this give you the functionality you require?
