Change to Narrative with Component cost variances in Works Order Processing

When Actual costing is used andthe POP setting is&Update Prices when Invoice is Recorded&, if there is a difference between the planned cost and actualMaterial cost on the Works Order,the difference in costis posted to the Nominal Ledger with the Narrative of &Cost of Sales&. The posting occurs when the Works Order is Completed and theInvoice cost price differs to the price when the Component Stock was booked inon the PO. This isn&t related to Cost of Sales as we&ve replicated the issue on customer and demo data with Cost of Sales switched off. The Narrativeshould say something similar to &Component Cost Variance& which currently happens when Standard Costing is in use. This would prevent confusion when the customer a) isn&t using Cost of Sales and b) when reviewing any Component Costvariances.
