The functionality to view a dispatch note for a sales order only exists from sales order processing \ Document printing \ reprint despatch notes. this gets you to the filter where you have to enter the sales order again. So not an efficient method.
Ideally, from the sales orders list, double click on a sales order and within the amend Order view you should be able to see all associated delivery notes, invoices and credits. Our previous system has this feature.
Thanks so much for the idea, as you can see from the earlier comments this functionality already exist in the solution so we've marked the idea as it already exists.
Mani - this has always been available in Sage 200 pro (as per Geoff's comment)
View Sales Order / Despatches. Or for a single item, View Sales Order / View Item / Despatches.
Both with Print option to reprint the despatch note
