Why can't we have a favourites list so we don't have to remember all the different codes?

Hi Yasmin - as a workaround, you could use the Analysis Codes to set against nominal codes, then create a filter on the Nominal List to only see your "favourites".
Nominal Ledger > Utilities > Ledger Set Up > Maintain Analysis Codes
After creating the analysis code and setting the options (or leaving it free text), you can then amend a nominal and add this to the "Analysis" tab.
Then set up a filter on the Nominal List to view your Favourites:
