Ability to put nominal codes on hold if they are no longer to be used

Archive Old Nominal Codes

Old nominal codes should be able to be archived, so that they can no longer be used in the Sales/ Purchase Ledgers, but the history is intact. Like the tick box for Allow Manual Journals, another one would be added for Allow use in Ledgers or Allow new postings.
