Convert Proforma to Invoice

Sage 200 has brought back the Invoicing module last available in the the Line 100 days. This is good functionality but there seems to be some missing options. When you raise a Proforma, you have the option to convert it to a Sales Order. A beneficial change would be the option to convert it to an invoice, either if you aren't using stock, or to save time.
