Requisition Process Improvement

We are experiencing the problem when a purchase order gets cancelled the requisition shows back up in the generate PO from requisitions area. This can cause an unnecessary duplication. Please can there be a resolution to this maybe another option for cancelled orders so they don't show up in the processing list again.
