Fix Balance Ledgers Memory Leak in 2016 SP2

We have not been able to run Balance Ledgers in SP2 since we upgraded earlier in the year. This, as you can imagine, is causing us a number of issues! it would be good if versions were checked fully so that features that were working are still working

    Comment from original review - This has been logged with our support team and the ITS number assigned to it is 7398. We are currently working on this and a hotfix, to optimise the process for larger datasets, will be available shortly.
