Update the spooler workspace to take advantage of the performance enhancements made in the summer release

I have noticed that the spooler workspace still performs poorly as ever despite the changes to the print spooler & storing information in the configuration database. This seemed like an oversight so I logged this with support & had it immediately rejected as it was not part of the original scope. Is it just me that thinks that if you change the windows UI for the spooler for performance that its reasonable to expect the same change to be present in the workspace variant? So I've logged this as a new idea based on technical supports request, please vote away
