Order and Quote printing to use CRM contact Details (Sales, Marketing and Service)

When printing quotes and orders, the connector merge will only ever use the 1st SLCustomerContact in SQL with the SLCustomerAccountID of the 200 Customer being printed for - There&s no way to specify (either in CRM or 200) a particular name and address to merge to, this causes 2 problems: - For customers that are in 200, with more than one contact, it&s impossible to pick a particular individual to send the quote to. - For prospects, where full company info only exists in CRM but the quote is associated with the 200 prospect quoting account, all the quotes are printed with the first contact on that record&s details - regardless of which CRM company record the quote was for. Ideally, the connector merge needs to be able to use the contact details from the CRM Person record associated with the opportunity that the quote was created from, rather than trying to get the contact details from 200.

Sage CRM connector has been retired, connection between Sage 200 Professional or Sage 200 Standard with Sage CRM is still possible via ISV connector. Closing the idea as this will not be implemented.
