Sage CRM connector should do the following out-of-the-box:
Set "requested date" on the order or per line. Setting a default warehouse or viewing an analysis code are also not possible!
Set a default warehouse
Set address info, nominal codes
View/Set analysis codes
Customise the form - this is the most common area to customise in Sage 200 but in Sage CRM the best article we have is to add the order line's "print sequence number"
As a secondary consideration, the ideas hub has no connection to release notes, road maps, ask sage articles, known issues lists, R&D work-in-progress list or cases raised to the support team. Connecting these dots could be a step in the right direction? What are your thoughts community?
The connection can be great for some users but there's room for improvement. Regrettably, the search functionality of the ideas hub is not quite there yet! As a result, some great ideas are lost in the noise! I raised an idea late last year to improve the connector but we can't see this without a hard look! I'd like to see a filter option on the ideas hub for "ideas I've not yet voted for" and "ideas to appear in the next release"!
Sage CRM connector has been retired, connection between Sage 200 Professional or Sage 200 Standard with Sage CRM is still possible via ISV connector. Closing the idea as this will not be implemented.
