Improved access to Quotes from CRM via the Connector

Although the connector allows users tocreate/view/edit Quotes from CRM you only have this ability if you look at the quotes against a specific Company/Account and/or a specific Opportunity. Wouldn&t it be nice if you could also do the following from CRM: • Ability to search Quotes• Ability to report on Quotes and Quote Lines• Ability to include Quote number onto CRM email templates• Ability to have Quote data on CRM dashboards The connector has made CRM a portal for the Quotes whereas it should encourage management of them from within the solution.....

    Sage CRM connector has been retired, connection between Sage 200 Professional or Sage 200 Standard with Sage CRM is still possible via ISV connector. Closing the idea as this will not be implemented.
