Transaction Date Validation - Acceptable Dated Postings should be warned via a Pop Up Message as Sage 50 does

The current colour coded highlight is very easily missed/ignored by users. The warning should be via as Pop Up Message as Sage 50 has done for many years. Admins do not wish to make the postings unacceptable as it may be sometimes that old/future dated transactions are genuine. The pop up message will make the system more fool proof
