SOP Amend Despatch - too many buttons to click

If an order is despatched in error, or wrong quantity despatched, or we want to bring it back to change some text on the order before running the invoice etc etc, it is a very cumbersome process to 'Amend Despatch'. It must be done line by line, and then when you click save if it is a stock item you get the box saying 'do you want to keep these items allocated to this order'. Once you click yes, you have to click the save button a second time. How about options to reverse despatch the whole order in one go, and once you have selected the Yes or No to the keeping the stock allocated, that completes the process rather than hitting Save again,
