When you click "Amend Item" on a stock item within Stock Control & go to the 'Memo' tab, you can type in the bottom "Memo Text" box. Even if you save the amendment, it will not retain what you've entered. See picture 1 attached.
If you want to save some details you have to click "Add" first. See picture 2. Once you save following clicking on the "Add" button, it will appear like this. See picture 3.
So could Sage please prevent you from being able to type in the "Memo Text" box if you've not first clicked "Add"? It would prevent things from being entered incorrectly by the user and avoid info potentially being lost.
Idea Benefit | Eliminate risk of entering info & it not saving. |
