Reprinting of items already on picking list

Sage only allows you to one pick note at a time if an item has already been printed to a pick note. There are a lot of instances certainly in our business for multiple customers that an item has been allocated and printed to a pick note. The item is damaged or there is a stock discrepancy and the pick note comes back to the office showing the discrepancy in allocated stock. You wish to keep the stock allocated to the customer for their next order. If you have previously dated pick notes where the stock has not been allocated then you can print the pick notes, if stock has already been allocated the week before then it will not come out on the pick note. Can SAGE not work on items not despatched?

Please contact the Sage 200 Report Design team to discuss this further (if your a Partner direct your customer to this article), with a view to seeing if this can be achieved with a custom report.

Details on how to do this are available here.
