Thousand Commas on all Screens/Lists/Reports Merged

This is one the most common requests/complaints from users over many years. In the words of one recent comment, it is driving the user crazy. There have large transaction/balance amounts and it difficult to read the number quickly. Reports can be changed but you should have commas as default

    Sage 200 Web Portal displays values with thousand commas. As we continue to build out the Web Portal, more forms will give this benefit.
