The ability to add new roles within customer amp; supplier contacts

it would be useful to be able to add other roles such as buyer , warehouse. Currently only Accounts send statement to:- If I add a contact within a company purchasing dept there is no way of identifying this as a buyer on the contact screen.

Add Customer job title/role to side of contact name within Sales ledger account

Enables people to contact the right person - i.e. when chasing accounts, there is nowhere to identify a new accounts contact - or additional contacts within same role. Would also be useful for mailshots if you want to contact specific job title

Create Customer>Contacts>Add>Add customer contact - new title field required

By adding a 'title' field, we can easily see the official title for the person ie Owner, Customer Support, Logistics Manager etc, at the moment we can only choose a role but a lot of times people aren't in that role. Perhaps just have Salutation, ...
