By adding a 'title' field, we can easily see the official title for the person ie Owner, Customer Support, Logistics Manager etc, at the moment we can only choose a role but a lot of times people aren't in that role. Perhaps just have Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Title (middle names are not necessary)

We aren't able to give timescales, however, we monitor the requests closely. When an idea is progressing you will see the status of the item changing from "Idea accepted - Guaging support" to "Development in progress" and then delivered. You will receive automation as the idea goes through this workflow.
