Create Customer>Contacts>Add>Add customer contact - new title field required

By adding a 'title' field, we can easily see the official title for the person ie Owner, Customer Support, Logistics Manager etc, at the moment we can only choose a role but a lot of times people aren't in that role. Perhaps just have Salutation, First Name, Last Name, Title (middle names are not necessary)

Idea Benefit So we can easily see who does what by their title, particularly helpful when sending blanket emails
How do you solve for this problem today? Put something in the 'mobile number' which isn't ideal or add it in their last name and put their last name in the middle name field

    We aren't able to give timescales, however, we monitor the requests closely. When an idea is progressing you will see the status of the item changing from "Idea accepted - Guaging support" to "Development in progress" and then delivered. You will receive automation as the idea goes through this workflow.
