Enables people to contact the right person - i.e. when chasing accounts, there is nowhere to identify a new accounts contact - or additional contacts within same role. Would also be useful for mailshots if you want to contact specific job title

I noticed the duplication once I had posted the request I think I did the original request hopefully refreshing will bring it further up the list for people to see - thanks
