Entitlement server has been unreachable for 30 days

At the moment, there is no warning to say the system is expiring due to the entitlement server being unreachable before it expires Can you add a warning message prior to the 30 days to allow end users to act/fix the issue before a system expires

Reports that have criteria for Analysis Codes should only list values in the drop down list that are present in the analysis code used in the criteria

eg the default reports installed show all analysis codes in the drop down lists when you click on Criteria, each report has to be amended to restrict the values.

Web user licences

Are we able to increase the amount of web user licences past 150 ? We are a growing company and will need more licences for future staff, which may sadly mean changing software provider if this isn&t an option.

Notification of Failed licence fetch in Sage 200 client

If a server is failing to connect to the Sage Licensing site no notification is provided to the users of a failed fetch unless they log into Sage Administration. If this is not noticed in time all users / the whole site experience connection error...

Sage 200 "Lite User" (Web-user) should have an out-of-office feature

The Sage 200 "Full User" can logon to sage 200 desktop and set an out of office. The Sage Lite-user cant.
