Our customer would like to be able to import statements from HSBC net

Our customer would like to be able to import statements from HSBC net currently I am advised by support and the website that only payments are available despite the plugin having an option to do this

    Bank feeds, introduced in our Summer 2017 Sage 200 release, includes capabilities for you to download your transactions directly from your bank without the need to use the plugins mentioned here. For reconciliation we don't plan on making changes to the plugins and you should review the bank feeds capabilities.
