Re-introduce e-reconciliation from HSBCnet plugin

The current (23/03/2016) HSBCnet plugin has the facility to perform e-reconciliation, but the format that it accepts is no longer the same as the file that can be produced by the HSBCnet website. Please produce a updated plugin to allow the new format to be imported.
