Search and Sort improvements for Nominal Accounts/Description, Cost Centre and Department

When entering a Transaction i.e. a Journal Entry, the search facility and display (drop-down)is not very user friendly. Most customers have asked if they can search the nominal account by entering the description. You can only sort and search on the first letter of a description at the moment. Could you add a search facility to enter the whole nominal account description? Also, when clicking on the drop-down, could you then improve the search by Cost Centre and/or Department, rather than just a 'sort' function? This would be extremely useful for users processing specific transactions..
