Write off stock from credit note (e.g. for damaged/missing items)

When raising a credit note for goods which the customer reported damaged or missing, it would be useful to have an option to write off that stock as the credit note is posted, since those goods aren't actually being returned but do need crediting (and usually we want a history of the stock movements, not just to credit with a text line). Currently handle this via a dummy warehouse and then adjust out the stock but would be slicker if it could be done by virtue of an option within the credit note.

On a previous system, we had the option to "not book into stock!" when creating a credit note..
This raised a credit note, but the stock levels were unaffected.. This would be a great function in Sage..
