To have an option to batch allocate Stock

We have a customer who allocates stock to projects via Stock Allocations Project Allocations. They then issue it as and when. Rather than log a wish just for Project Allocations, I thought I'd log it for a wider appeal of being able to batch allocate stock items in general - to projects, internal, customers etc. This would be useful because at the moment you open the form, select a stock item, allocate it and add notes, press ok then do the next one. This would save time.
