Invoice before dispatch of goods

I have dealt with a number of companies that require payment for goods before dispatch but will not make payment without an invoice. Currently no options within the system to allow this. This would make be a great feature for a lot of compares that deal with one off customers that have Zero Credit,etc So requirement would be. So facility to produce an invoice before goods are dispatched. An easy way to show orders that are invoiced but not dispatched.
