Being able to print a sales invoice when not using the stock

When not maintaining stock within the system, there should the function to raise an invoice, print a sales invoice and then post the invoice. At the moment we need to Raise Order, Dispatch Order, print Invoice post invoice. There are to many steps when there is no stock to account for.
