We currently use the Sage 200 API to post Order details to Sage via the SOP endpoint. This works perfectly, it is accurate and saves a lot of time for this to be automated.
However we still need to create all our Sales Returns manually in Sage as the API endpoint for Sales Returns is not exposed. This is hugely time consuming for our Accounts team as they have to manually create Sales Returns for all refunds which go through our store
It is not sufficient for us to use the Sales Credit endpoint as this does not include line items so there is no stock control for this
We need the Sales Return endpoint to be exposed with the same level of line item detail as SOP
