Provide the facility within the ERP Online Portal (or ideally within the software itself) to do offline snapshots of specific modules. For me the ability to get this for the Nominal Module would be perfect, especially for those organisations using an open accounting method. I think many accountants would find this a great help in preparing accounts for organisations without having to log in as a separate user. In fact I know of accountants that ONLY use this method of preparing accounts as they have a policy of NOT interfering with clients accounting systems to maintain their integrity if nothing else! Clients won't have to setup a separate user (with the related cost) for their accountant.

We provide an accountant user that would permit login to a client site directly. Additionally if they do not wish to review the live data, a bacpac of the current site could be taken and restored into a seperate company.
User requirements can be flexed as needed, you need only keep the accountant user & the additional company for the period required.
