Currently, Import Records mostly allows a creation of a record, but not an amendment (with the exception of budget data). It would be useful to allow the update of an existing record so that a user can update data on mass like Terms Agreed or Email Address data on SL PL accounts. Similarly, the move to XLSX over CSV would assist with formatting and data mapping issues.

This has now been included in Sage 200cloud Professional Spring 2019 and the latest version of Sage 200cloud Standard. Updates have been added for Customer, Supplier, Nominal and Stock records.
