Sage 200 UKI Ideas Portal

Stock History listed in 2 columns. IN and OUT

The Stock History is very difficult to work through, when looking for stock errors, because movements in and out are shown as positive numbers. Please either show Out movements as negatives numbers, or at least split in and out movements into 2 separate columns, IN and OUT. This would make it much easier to track stock movements, and find that elusive error.

It would be a good idea to show a running stock balance, it would also be good to remove internal allocations, allocations can be changed so you could end up with a number of internal transactions just reallocating stock. You can just want to see actual physical in and out stock movements, been new to sage 200 we find the use of allocations an unnecessary extra step, we distribute immediately at the time of sale so when we put an order on the system it is usually despatched at the same time

Fully support this. It should also show a running stock balance count and valuation at the time of movement too... and the ability to filter out "internal" movements that didn't change the stock balance.

The new web screen option is still no good as it still shows 'In Pop' and 'In (no price) POP' which is just 1 'IN'.

Within the new web screens, on the Stock Item History there is an option to exclude adjustments, it doesn't separate them in columns
