Hi, My finance department are in the process of moving to Sage 200c. Using our current systems we are able to link 3 systems together via APIs to ensure our customer data is in sync. Specifically we held dates against the customer which when updated in our existing finance system kicked off a process that updated 2 other systems. I understand that Sage 200c does not have any webhooks that can trigger when data changes in the system so that would be a handy addition for us. Because I need to change my process I now also understand that in order to get data from Sage 200c via the API I need a human to login and authenticate every time using OAuth2 which I fully understand but when we are looking for seamless integration this isn't going to work for us. It would be handy to have an authentication method for a system to system setup which doesn't require human intervention. I'm not sure if this has been asked for before but it would be very handy for us.

For webhooks you are correct this isn't possible.
In terms of your latter point around authentication, its via Sage ID and you can set a refresh token duration max is 90 days so it doesn't need to be done every time. If you need any assistance please contact our developer services team.
