Change Company Name in Provisioning Portal for Archiving

When you have a company that is wanting to archive and start again to be able to change the name to ARCHIVE to that the company select screen shows Archive. currently you have to copy backup, download and reupload creating new company name with ARCHIVE in title. The big problem you have here is if there are attachments you would lose them! Although there is a workaround that Sage can do I believe it is very manual to move the attachments. So if the above could be done to rename it ourselves via theprovisioning portal it would be better all round.
