Sage 200 Professional Server on Azure Cloud

Hi Support, I am looking for migrating the Sage 200 professional server to Azure from the Premises using a Site-to-Site VPN between them. So, my questions are the following 1) Which site-to-site VPN protocol is the best practice in terms of data security and sage 200 software proformance for the end-user experience. 2) OR Can we use the serverless environment just uploading an existing database to the Azure SQL database instance?
