Support "Require SMB signing" on servers that host sage200 professional. This is a basic security feature that comes as standard for most products and to not include this as standard leaves Sage miles behind other vendors in terms of security.

As part of the Sage 200 2025 R1 release, we are testing Windows Server 2025 as a supported operating system. Windows Server 2025 includes SMB signing active by default.
Please note, that although its part of a tested/ supported operating system, the implementation of SMB signing is site specific and therefore can vary. As such the SMB signing aspect of this will fall into how we support virtualisation, which you can see in our Installation guide.
