New report to Show Roles and enabled features. Merged

A report or export to show Roles and Enabled features for the roles. It will be useful to compare Roles and enabled features like a matrix type report. Report to be generated in Sage 200 or System Admin. Would be really useful to be able to export / import the enabled features Also would be useful for a couple of Standard roles with features already configured/enabled to be available from within System Admin.
