Allow multiple processes to take place in the Provisioning portal

Hi,I'd like to request the ability to have more than one ongoing process for a site in the Sage provisioning portal. As things stand if I initiate an on demand backup I then have to wait a good 30 minutes or more before I can initiate another for a different database. Or, after initiating the on demand backup I then want to start off downloadinga different bacpac for another company.
