We have many orders where we produce a product for a customer on one order, but the customers require the delivery of the orders to be sent to multiple sites. For example, a major retailer may place an order for bespoke items for a national roll-out. The head office places the order and receives the invoice, and we must process it as one order for the purposes of production, but delivery is required to multiple stores. We could in theory process multiple orders then send a consolidated invoice, but this gets complicated at our production end, as all we really want them to do is produce one bulk order, which just gets packed and despatched to different sites. But there is no way we can process one order and specify multiple delivery addresses. We're doing it all from spread sheets and making up delivery notes rather than using sage generated ones.
