User Login Status. The refresh time is set to a default 5 minutes. One can reduce it but only for the duration of the window being open, next time it reverts to 5 minutes. Can we be allowed to change the default?

Expense Claim Attachments

The Receipt Attached List feature is just a tag to know if a receipt was submitted with the claim. It does not actually allow any receipt to be attached.

Expense Claim Notifications

No option to send email notifications with expense claims like there is with purchase requisitions using power automate. Ideally require an option for a scheduled email to authorisers containing a list of expense claims that need authorisation.

Add proxy settings into System Administration

Some companies require proxy server settings in internet explorer. The System Administration does not seem to use these so somewhere to put in the address and credentials in order to pass through their proxy would help.

Role restriction for workspace actions, currently removing access to the feature doesnt prevent the user from being able to do certain things. Only way is remove workspaces completely which is a massive shame.
