When trying to add members into companies or company access into users its all in ID order and not in alphabetical name order. Would be good if this could be updated for quick adding purposes

Is it possible to use more decimal places in the exchange rate box. If possible at least 8 places that our bank uses! Or a button to say how exact it is needed.
User Login Status. The refresh time is set to a default 5 minutes. One can reduce it but only for the duration of the window being open, next time it reverts to 5 minutes. Can we be allowed to change the default?
