    Amend journal date

    When amending a journal (either in current or deferred transactions) we have the ability to amend the description, amount or nominal code however there is not the ability to amend the journal date, which would be helpful.

    Approval / Authorisation of Manual Journal Entries

    It would be great to have a feature where certain users can approve / authorise a manual journal entry entered by someone else in the team before it is posted. This would help with controls for fraud and audit evidence.

    Allow stock to be allocated to pro forma invoice before payment received

    We need to be able to allocate stock to a pro forma before payment is received. Payment can often take +1 days to come through and we run the risk of stock not being available to fulfil the order.

    Journals - Reversing Entry - Enter separate narratives

    It is difficult to distinguish between the original and reversing journals, other than the debits and credits being round the other way. It would be better to prompt for separate narratives when choosing the reversal option
