Allow fields to be searchable in list view even if columns are hidden

Is it possible to use more decimal places in the exchange rate box. If possible at least 8 places that our bank uses! Or a button to say how exact it is needed.
Within the customer and supplier company address you have a country field and also country field under the trading tab section for the VAT number. Can both country fields be an option on the display columns?
